Questions operators ask

Do I still manage availability on each OTA's extranet?

No. Once a connection is live, the OTA reads your availability and prices from your supplier system through Connect. Change them in one place.

I lost the key Connect showed me. Can I see it again?

No. Keys are stored hashed and can't be shown again. Rotate the key on the connection, give the new one to the OTA, then revoke the old one.

I'm a merchant under a franchisee. Can I set up my own connection?

For some supplier systems, setup is done by your franchisee. If Morii shows "Merchant-initiated setup is not yet supported", ask your franchisee to set the connection up for you.

Can I connect the same OTA twice?

Yes, one connection per OTA account. Each connection has its own supplier ID and credentials, so two GetYourGuide supplier accounts become two connections.

My OTA isn't listed. Can it still connect?

If the OTA supports OCTO, add it as an OCTO reseller. If it doesn't, contact Morii to discuss a dedicated integration.
